• Máy tính phải được cài đầy đủ driver HTC, ADB và có nguồn điện ổn định.

• Vui lòng đăng kí tài khoản và Unlockbootloader theo hướng dẫn từ http://www.htcdev.com/.
• Tải phiên bản TWRP dành cho HTC 10 từ đây ( Đổi thành tên ngắn gọn VD : TWRP.img ).
• Tải phiên bản #SU dành cho HTC 10 từ đây copy vào thẻ nhớ SD.
• Tải Sunshine để S-Off ở đây ( HTC 10 Verizon sẽ phải trả phí để S-off).

1. Đưa máy về chế độ download mode ( Press Power + Vol down )

2. Cài TWRP Recovery cho máy.

   fastboot flash recovery TWRP.img

3. Khởi động lại vào chế độ Bootloader của máy.

4. Cho thẻ nhớ vào máy sao lưu toàn bộ rom gốc vào thẻ nhớ SD, toàn bộ phân vùng trừ userdata và hãy chắc chắn rằng bạn đã sao lưu "System Image".
5. Vào lại chế độ Bootloader.

   Chọn chế độ BOOT TO RECOVERY MODE ở trên điện thoại.
6. Trong chế độ TWRP Recovery chọn install chọn đến nơi chứa file #Su đã down ở trên ở thẻ nhớ SD và Sideload supersu.
7. Chạy Sunshine để S-off.
8. Sau khi Sunshine đã mã hóa thiết bị xong, vào lại TWRP Recovery và format data(FORMAT không wipe).
